Bryant McKinnie to play LT for Ravens

Minnesota Vikings tackle Bryant McKinnie blocks Detroit Lions defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch in MinneapolisReuters
The arrival of Bryant McKinnie in Baltimore is going to mean big changes for the rest of the Ravens offensive line.
McKinnie told ESPN that he was told he will play left tackle in Baltimore.  That will putMichael Oher back at right tackle, instead of the blind side position which made him famous in high school and college.
It’s worth wondering how Oher will respond to the decision, but it makes sense on paper.  McKinnie has never played the right side while Oher looked better at right tackle as a rookie than he did last year on the left side.
No matter how this is spun, it has to be a little disappointing for Baltimore that Oher hasn’t stuck as a franchise left tackle just yet.
