Andre Johnson - WR - Texans
Updating a previous item, Steph Stradley of the Houston Chronicle reports that Andre Johnson did have surgery to repair the distal tendon of his hamstring.
He didn't undergo platelet-rich plasma therapy. Per Stradley, the projected three-week recovery time remains the same. The procedure "went well," and the Texans are believed to be targeting Week 8 for Johnson to return. The Texans, of course, have provided no official timetable. Fantasy owners need to hang tight. Johnson is likely to be an asset in the second half of the season. Jacoby Jones will start at "X" receiver in the meantime, and should avoid Raiders LCB Stanford Routt's coverage for the majority of Week 5.
