PFT released an article today that said the Vikings are going to announce a deal keeping them in the state of Minnesota, more details over at PFT.

Gus Johnson Officially leaves CBS and heads to Fox

Exciting and mega popular football announcer Gus Johnson, who also does the commentary on EA Sports Madden Football, will be leaving CBS and for Fox.  It sounds like Johnson wanted to stay with CBS, but they were not willing to match the offer provided by Fox.

Gus Johnson will now be covering primarily NFC games this coming season, and will bring some much needed excitement to the Fox broadcasts this fall.
